Queensland Super Cup

Letters

PAPUA New Guineans are proud to have a team in the Queensland Intrust Super Cup.
That is at the expense of other sports like weightlifting, soccer, athletics, boxing, cricket to name a few prominent sports that bring PNG gold every now and then.
Hunters are the heartbeat of every Papua New Guinean, regardless of status, region and sports affiliation.
Consequently, we expect nothing less than the best out of this highly reputed team.
We will not take winless games easily.
Coach Michael Marum and his staff needs to know that before they start coming up with excuses
Hunters’ games have gone to the dogs!
General ball-handling, set play, lack of fitness and many more weaknesses were exposed in the last game at the Oil Search Stadium in Port Moresby.
Are the Hunters still doing trials with positional changes for every game?
That is normally done during trials and first or second round of games!
We are now into the eighth round and we expect nothing but wins from now onwards.
Please take positive comments from your fans and the stakeholders.
Improve from your winless outings at home-and-away games.
Soon you will have no fans to cheer you up.
Hoping for a win.
