Recruiting agencies corrupt

I AM an engineer who graduated from Unitech.
I applied for a field engineering position advertised by a company. My application was acknowledged by the recruiting agency.
After some time, I did not hear from them so I made some enquiries. Imagine my shock when I was told I failed my entry test.
I did not sit for it, so how can I fail?
After a research, I found out that one of my work colleagues took the test under my name.
Tickets and everything was arranged and paid for by the recruiting agency.
I also found out that a wantok of my colleague was working in the recruiting agency and did all this arrangement.
This is the kind of corruption we are dealing at the workplace nowadays.
I want to warn all major companies operating in PNG to be careful when using recruitment agencies.
I am saying this because I was a victim.
