These safety vests would be given to those people cleaning the streets of Port Moresby.
The message on the vests can be valuable to people visiting Port Moresby and they can practice it in their towns and cities.
Gradually have it advertised in all schools and institutions around the country.
I envision that it will transform the next generation of this beautiful country to cleanliness and breed intelligent people with high IQs.
