Release the MoA funds to us as agreed

Letters, Normal

IT is almost seven months now since the LBBSA signing at Hides and we were flown to Port Moresby by the government.
We were promised we would get our seed capital, business development grants and other memorandum of agreement commitments.
Since then, we have waited in vain and many lives have been lost.
If the government did not bring us to the nation’s capital, we would not have suffered on the streets of Port Moresby.
We are not from Port Moresby and we looked stupid and embarrassed with people calling us “LO”.
We want to go home.
Just give what is due us – our seed capital and business development grants.
Early works have started and we have missed out as subcontractors because our business development grants and seed capital have been delayed.
Our seed capital should be paid accordingly to the proposal submitted.
Please release us soon.
