REMINGTON Haus was opened on Thursday by Governor-General Grand Chief Sir Bob Dadae.
The three-story building, located along Spring Garden Road in Gordon, houses Remington Technology’s show room on the ground floor and Remington Group’s administration and shared services teams on level one.
It is the only Konica Minolta showroom in Papua New Guinea.
Sir Bob said: “Remington has been a leading member of the PNG community since 1948, it is proudly 100 per cent PNG-owned and is one of the oldest and best-known brand names in the country.
“Remington commenced its operations here selling and servicing typewriters 71 years ago, and today has become a leader in providing digital business systems and service to some of the largest business houses in the country.”
