Remove roadblocks

THE Highlands Highway, linking all parts of the highlands region, was recently blocked off in Chumbu.
The blockade made life difficult for the daily operations of businesses. Can the national government send the police to remove these roadblocks?
The general public are afraid to pass these blocks.
Is the provincial government aware of theses unnecessary roadblocks?
Just get these people out of the way.
They are causing inconveniences to innocent people.
