Resolve teachers’ issues

IT has become an ongoing issue every year when teachers find themselves displaced or have their names not on the posting lists. This is due to limited teaching positions or positions being borrowed around. This has caused some humble and hard-working teachers to teach and not being paid or not teaching. At this era when education is of priority, the Teaching Service Commission (TSC) and Education Department in provincial level must have considered changing some old-fashioned ways of required teachers’ documents to solve some of these long overdue problems. I believe permanent teaching positions given to registered teachers would solve part of the burdens of the appointment officers while they work only on new graduate.
