Rising crimes

OUR society’s attitude has changed drastically.
People seem to have lost respect for one another.
Go to any bus stop in the morning or afternoon and you will find men and women standing in fear of becoming victims of pickpockets.
Times have changed and petty criminals have changed their approach in trying to get what they want.
They will go to the extent of stabbing a person with a knife or a screwdriver.
Everyday, I see fear in the eyes of the people of Port Moresby. The city is no longer safe.
I call on our good governor to act on this problem.
Please come up with a solution to help our unemployed brothers to get jobs.
I believe the situation will worsen if not addressed.
