Road needs attention

Letters

THE road from 9-Mile to Bomana Police College, passing the National Agriculture Research Institute (Nari) and Goldie Barracks in Port Moresby, is in a very bad condition and needs to be fixed.
My family and I have lived at Nari for over 30 years and I have never seen the road been fixed.
It is a pity that the road links government institutions and departments such as Police, agriculture, defence and health (Laloki Psychiatric Hospital) yet nothing has been done to maintain the deteriorating state of the road.
Can the good Government and responsible authorities take a drive to Goldie Barracks to see and feel the pain people using this road?
And maybe do something about it?
