Scheme helping human resources

Letters

I COMMEND Prime Minister James Marape for the higher education loan programme (Help) scheme.
The scheme implemented this year allows tertiary students to get a loan from the Government to pay for their tuition fees and repay it later when they get employed.
This is one of the best investments for human resource initiated by a prime minister who cared about Papua New Guineans and the development of the country.
Tertiary students struggling to pay for their fee would now be able to access the funds to pay for their tuition fees.
It would help them graduate, get employed and deliver service and development to the people.
The Government’s help scheme fits the prime minister’s vision to make Papua New Guineans one of the richest black nations in the world.
