KAGUA-Erave MP James Lagea has given K1 million to improve facilities at Mendo Primary School.
Lagea allocated the funds from the education and health programme to improve the education of students.
He said that this was his idea to produce quality education which he has been planning for the last years when he was elected.
Lagea said health and education were his priority and the K1 million was to develop the school.
He said some people needed to understand that service delivery must be a priority for a leader which they must support.
“This K1 million will now go straight to the infrastructure development of the school,” Lagea said.
“We need to cooperate and see that basic services must be delivered so that people will benefit. and improve their livelihoods.”
