SDA church provides services,education

Letters

SINCE the SDA (Seventh-day Adventist) missionaries first set foot in Papua New Guinea some 100 years ago, they brought with them the Gospel and education.
In other words, they came as teachers and missionaries.
They established mission stations which includes churches, schools, health centers that later became mission stations all over Papua New Guinea.
Over the years, the SDA church has grown to be one of the largest denomination in the country.
The church has more educational institutions than any other church, except the Catholic church.
The Seventh Day Adventist church educational system is grounded upon Christian principles.
It is evidently obvious that Adventist schools have produce top citizens of the nation.
Credit goes to the late pioneer missionaries.
