Seal road properly

AS a town bus driver in Goroka, I was so happy when the many potholes in town were patched up recently. But amazingly, it was not really patched with coal tar for permanent sealing. It was just patched with gravel and that is not wise. Rainy weather will cause the potholes to return when vehicles go to and fro over it. It is also a waste of money to pay for two contractors; one for gravel and another for coal tar. Just pay for one to do permanent sealing and that is it. I appeal to the governor to think wisely before acting.
