Sepik Ironman challenge gets K5,000

 THE Sepik Ironman Challenge received a K5,000 boost from Bank South Pacific last week.

The triathlon challenge which has attracted 70 teams, is now into its 10th year has grown from strength to strength, making it one of the most anticipated events in the PNG Triathlon calendar.

On hand to present BSP’s sponsorship to the organising committee was Wewak branch manager Albert Seri. He presented the cheque to the chairman of the organisating committee, Ken Micah.

“As a responsible corporate organisation, BSP is proud to be associated with the 2013 Sepik Ironman Challenge, and as such have come on board as  asponsor of the event,” Seri said.

“We wish all participating teams the best as they compete for the title, and also our best to the organisers for another successful staging of this event.”
