Set up inquiry into churches

 I REFER yesterday’s front page story and applaud The National for this investigative reporting. It is the tip of the iceberg of a bigger scam involving church clergies, high profile people and politicians of the two Lutheran Churches. As a GLC member, I urge the Prime Minister to immediately establish a commission of inquiry into the affairs of these two Lutheran Churches. There have been many instances where two factions of the GLC have been at loggerheads resulting in court cases and banning of American missionaries from entering this country. A committee member of the Lutheran University based in Lae has been buying properties in Lae and POM using the church funds. The thousands of members of these two churches are asking the PM to take necessary drastic actions as soon as possible.
