‘Free education’ not free

 WHY do the parents have to pay any monies to the school when it is free education? Can the government admit to the parents nationwide that it has no money to fully fund the free education? Call it government education assistance policy and not free education policy. Please make policies to benefit the people of this nation and not to win voters.
