Sir Julius praised for helping with solar lights

NEW Ireland Governor Sir Julius Chan has been praised for the installation of solar street lights at Lambom aid post and Nasko High School.
Five solar street lights were installed at the Nasko school, aid post and village on March 13.
Amos Tokulau helped two technicians from JWK Ltd install lights.
The people of Lambom were grateful to Sir Julius for providing the lights.
Digicel has also repaired the 17 towers which had not been providing phone signals.
The provincial government has asked Digicel to also install towers in Mussau and New Hanover to provide signals for those travelling at sea.
Sir Julius thanked the council presidents for their cooperation and wished those who will be standing for re-election in April all the best.
