A LEADERSHIP Tribunal has being appointed by Chief Justice Sir Gibbs Salika to look into allegations of misconduct in office by Abau MP Sir Puka Temu.
The appointment was requested by public prosecutor Pondros Kaluwin.
The tribunal will be chaired by Justice Panuel Mogish and its two members are senior magistrates Josephine Nidue and Wialo Sakatao.
The case will commence once a date and time is fixed by the tribunal.
Sir Puka told The National last year that he was aware of the charges raised against him by the public prosecutor.
Sir Puka said once the tribunal was in place, he would step down to go through the court process.
