I ACKNOWLEDGE Digicel for being the biggest better network service provider in the country in telecommunications.
Over the years communication was made easier in the country and everybody knows how to use a mobile phone.
My concern, no offence here, is the unnecessary messages received from Digicel over the past months.
Some of these messages are the same and being received over and over again in the course of the week.
I am frustrated as a genuine customer.
Sometimes you wait to receive an emergency SMS from someone when a Digicel message just bombs in. SMS are about receiving Digicel loans and related messages. This is to annoying.
