Soccer stars in fine form

 NATIONAL soccer representatives Cathy Agunam and Ara Midi lead  the Crossroad women to the Goroka Football Association Premiership.

Agunam scored twiceand Midi one as Cross road beat Telikom 3-1 at the National Sports Institute on Sunday.

Blue Kumuls proved too good in the senior men’s division, beating Crossroad 3-0.

In the Under-23 women’s division, Telikom beat Blue Kumuls 2-0 and in the U23 men’s division, Blue Kumuls beat Crossroad 5-4.

In the U16 boys division, Crossroad beat Blue Kumuls 2-0 and Telikom beat Blue Kumuls in the girls division.

Goroka president Agunam  said Blue Kumuls had secured the 2013 minor premiership.
