Soundproof a must for clubs

CAN the NCDC look at some nightclubs in the Boroko area, which play loud music that disturbs the  public residing nearby? One of these clubs seems to have no soundproof walls, resulting in loud music being heard from outside and nearby residences. It is a regulation that such clubs must use soundproof walls, but this particular club does not meet that requirement. The NCDC must inspect the place and terminate its operating licence as it is causing a big disturbance after hours to everyone living nearby.
