SP BREWERY has come on board to assist the Miss South Pacific Pageant (MSPP) with a sponsorship of K50, 000.
SP Brewery said it was happy to support the staging of the MSPP as the rest of the Pacific wait to see who takes out the title as Miss South Pacific 2010-11.
“As a corporate sponsor, SP is delighted to support the organising team to play host to this year’s  MSPP and is looking forward for the event to unfold in Port Moresby,” SP Brewery general manager Stan Joyce said.
Joyce said the company had witnessed big events happening in the nation’s capital with the leadership of the NCDC Governor Powes Parkop and the upcoming MSPP was no exception.
He congratulated the MSPP organising team for staging the event in PNG and said he was sure that things would come out well under the stewardship of chairman Dadi Toka Jr.
Joyce hoped that PNG and most specifically Port Moresby would welcome our visiting contestants the Pacific way and ensured that they experience the unique Melanesian culture that PNG had to offer.
