Sports admin training at jail

INMATES and their Correctional Services handlers at Buimo Prison in Lae, Morobe, underwent sports administration training this week facilitated by the PNG Sports Foundation.
Facilitator Sophia Tuna said a memorandum of understanding between the Correctional Services and Sports Foundation would be signed for the foundation to run the Oceania Sports Education Programme.
“We will run the programme as part of the rehabilitation programme for prisons around the country and this is the first one organised,” Tuna said.
