SMALL box houses have been built along the main drain in Gordon, in Port Moresby, opposite Kenmore and Ford Motors.
It look like they are housing illegal betel nut sellers, especially women who seem to be engaged in other activities as well.
The houses were destroyed by police and NCD city enforcement units, but they have been rebuilt.
Can the city authorities arrest those illegally staying there?
These are the people destroying NCD with betel nut and spreading HI/AIDS.
