Stop allowing open transfers

Letters

WHAT kind of education system is Papua New Guinea using?
Allowing students to transfer from school to school or from home to another school is rubbish.
Continuing students are influenced by those from outside.
Principals and head teachers are producing open transfers for their relatives or friends who have dropped out of schools to be enrolled freely in other schools.
This results in overcrowding the classrooms.
Please control this practice before it continues to destroy our students.
