Stop drinking in public places

ALCOHOL consumption in public places has gone out of hand.
Friends, relatives and work colleagues are drinking in public places. We do not stop them because they might tell us; “Are you the law or are you afraid?”
We see this and turn a blind eye but other people keep on doing it and encourage others to follow.
They do the same saying: “If they can drink in public places, I can”. So more and more people drink in public places.
Then there is harassment, nuisance in public, causing trouble, arguments and fights.
If stopped, other events would not follow. We let this simple rule go and end up in more serious problems. Let us stop this to have public places clear of trouble.
