Stop grass fires in NCD

 Could the city authorities put out some kind of controls over merciless burning of grass and rubbish in the city limits? Fires are becoming a too common site in the city with smoke blanketing the city. It is really a health hazard and someone could get seriously injured with too much of it. The Pacific Games starts this weekend and we don’t want athletes struggling to breath during performances plus a general eye sore of a hazed city.
