Stop road project

DISTRICT Support Improvement Programme (DSIP) funds given to MPs each year are meant for developments in each respective districts and not for projects in other electorates.
I am not happy that millions of Bulolo district DSIP funds meant for Bulolo were being spent on upgrading and sealing of small section of excess road into Buang LLG, Bulolo from Genesis in the Huon Gulf electorate.
These funds should be used to fix roads from Bulolo to Wau, Mumeng to Wagau High School in Buang LLG, Sambio to Wawas in Middle Watut in Mumeng LLG, Wau to Biaru Garaina in Wau LLG or Bulolo town to Watut LLG instead of Gebensis into Buang LLG.
Bulolo MP Sam Basil and the Bulolo district development authority should put an immediate stop to that project.
This is misuse of Bulolo DSIP project funds because sealing of that section of road from Gebensis into Buang LLG is in the Huon Gulf electorate and not within the Bulolo electorate boundaries.
