Suburban’s Blues, Maroons set for decider

THE Port Moresby Suburban Rugby League hosts its Suburb of Origin decider tomorrow at the Kone Tigers Oval, Waigani.
The City Blues won Game 1 while the Country Maroons won Game 2.
The Suburban round 15 fixtures have been deferred to next week.
POMSRL chairman Bosky Koke said this SOO series would be used to pick a team to represent the league at the Southern Zone trials.
“Selections have been made from first two games and we will finalise our team after game three,” Koke said. “We’ll name our 22-man squad zone trials on Monday.”
Koke said the selection for the league’s Under-20 rep side would be after the curtain raiser featuring the Green and Gold sides.
