Supreme court order very precise and clear

THE Supreme Court reinstated the Somare government forthwith on Aug 2. The decision was precise and clear.
To comply with the lawful orders, Speaker Jeffery Nape would have got the court orders and executed them on the floor of parliament on Dec 12-13 as parliament was in session.
However, he opted to defy the orders simply because he had divorced the political marriage with Somare and was re-married to the O’Neill-Namah regime. It could not be broken even by the barrel of the gun or the Supreme Court orders. The Constitution became the victim and the meat in the sandwich.
Whatever happened is now water the under bridge  To safeguard the Constitution,  this constitutional blunder must not only be corrected but be seen to be corrected.
Peter O’Neill and Somare making peace through round-table discussions is not what we demand. The Supreme Court did not ask for this. Demanding Somare and Agiru to forget and go to elections is not what we demand. The Supreme Court did not ask for this.
This fight is to tell the nation that the actions taken upon by the parliament was morally, ethically and wrong. This is the fight to correct the mischievous wrongs of the parliament.
This is a fight to correct the wrongs and to ensure no precedent is set. This is the fight to correct and remove the wrongs from the writings in the law journals, precedent law and the academia. This is the fight for the Constitution.
The writing is on the wall. The O’Neill-Namah regime exists by default and by game of chance. They seem not to have learned any lesson. They seem not to have realised what they have done using parliament was constitutionally wrong. Is there anyone above the Supreme Court from whom they will seek redress?
They are at it again. Dr Allan Marat is seeking yet another Supreme Court reference. Is this another tactical strategy to confuse the public mind and waste the court’s time?
They are good at it. Does Marat have any legal standing (locus standi)? Have you complied with the present lawful orders of the Supreme Court? Is your reference superior to that of the reference you continued to defy?
It seems the O’Neill-Namah regime is taking the people’s Constitution and their judges on a merry-go-round through town. Please treat our courts with respect and dignity.
Finally, the parliament’s illegal actions must be corrected by parliament. This precedent must not be allowed to drag or carry into the next parliament.
In the worst case scenario, the 2012 election must be deferred to allow time to correct the wrongs of the present parliament. The Supreme Court orders must be fully restored by way of the Grand Chief taking office as the prime minister. Only after that, elections can be called and held.
