Suspects at large after PMV attack

A GANG of four are on the run in Popondetta, Northern, after they allegedly attacked and severely injured an old woman and a bus driver on a PMV two days ago.
Provincial police commander Supt Michael Welly said police were continuing with their investigation.
He said one of the buses that frequented the Kokoda Highway had stopped at a bus stop and the suspects tried to hold up the passengers who had disembarked.
However the passengers escaped.
“One of the many passengers who made a run for freedom from the suspects was the crew member of the bus,” Supt Welly said.
“The four suspects got into the bus and directed the driver to Sumbiripa.”
They told the passengers in the bus to put their heads down but the old woman tried telling the gang that she was too old to bend.
“One of the suspects swung a bush knife and wounded the woman,” Supt Welly said.
“The suspects then stole personal belongings of all the passengers and assaulted the driver, leaving knife wounds on his back and left.
“Relatives of the victims wanted to retaliate and conduct their own investigations but I discouraged them, telling them it would not be right and would bring in more problems. ”

  • Laziness, drugs, homebrew and etc. breeds criminalism:
You won’t get too far, your days are numbered.
Better to do something good and productive for yourselves than to steal from the innocent.
They should be arrested and charged.

  • Fuck them up. If they are caught, rausim trousers blo ol na umi lukim kok pekpek blo ol.
Bai mipla cutim disla kok blo ol na hangim ol ya. Kaikai kok blo papa blo yu.

  • Stealing from poor does not make sense at all, rather put up a road block and hold up MP and his team. That is where your DSIP money is..
