Suspicious activity

A BALLOT box with ballot papers bound for ward 20 in Almami local Level Government, Madang, was dropped off at Dugumor village, without any polling officials and was unguarded till dusk.
Police were informed and came to investigate and advised villagers and scrutineers to guard the ballot papers and went to ask the assistant returning officer to come and collect the ballot box and papers.
This incident happened on July 6 at 9am when the ballot materials were left there for about 13 hours.
The ballot box and the materials belongs to team 5.
The integrity of Electoral Commission must be questioned as to what criteria was used to employ such polling officials.
