Suspicious business training registration

THERE is something suspicious about the registration and training programmes conducted in Bogia by the local level government (LLG) on SME (small-medium enterprises) .
This SME business thing was introduced years ago the training and registration was supposed to be done years ago why now during the election period.
A certain bank had their officer conducting the training during the weekend is something to consider and who is paying their overtime and travelling allowance?
I wonder if the bank is aware of this activity.
I believe the bank concern should be sensitive to the timing of such activities in such a crucial period and restraint its officers of such move because it has a political nature in content and will be bad for the bank in the long run.
Why not use the business development officers to conduct such training and registration after the elections?
I wonder how much is being deposited into the LLGS account in Bogia be siphoned out in the context of SME
