Swimmer in line for IOC nomination

PAPUA New Guinean swimmer Ryan Pini is among 24 candidates for the IOC Athletes Commission election during the Rio Olympics.
The participating athletes from all countries are allowed to vote for four candidates.
The top-four nominees will be automatically become members of the commission.
The winners will be announced at the closing ceremony and will take up positions within the IOC Athletes Commission.
