Take teachers’ wellbeing seriously

WHILE the prices of goods and services are increasing every four to five months, teachers are still struggling to keep going every year around with the same old lousy salary with no single adjustment to withstand the impact of consumer price index.
The Government should consider the implementers of its policies before it can goes ahead with free education.
The wellbeing of the teachers is not taken very seriously.
Successive governments have failed to ensure teachers are well taken care of.
Teachers pay the Papua New Guinea Teachers’ Association to voice our grievances, however, they are voiceless.
