Teach children that smoking is bad

IN Papua New Guinea, a lot of people are smoking.
There are very young children already addicted to smoking.
Is it the fault of the parents that their children are smoking?
Is it because of peer pressure?
Is it the need to be cool?
Parents should teach their children that smoking is a bad habit and can eventually lead to death.
