Team NCD prepared for national bodybuilding champs

TEAM National Capital District (NCD) are prepared for the 28th National Bodybuilding Championships which will be held in Chimbu from Sept 13-15.
NCD Bodybuilding Association president Canny Cooper told The National yesterday that the team were made up of 13 members, including one woman.
He said the team had been raising funds for food to supplement their diet and were now seeking sponsors to assist them with airfares, meal and accommodation while in Chimbu for the three-day event. “We will be representing NCD to compete with other provincial teams at the championships,” Cooper said.
“Therefore, as representatives of NCD, we ware kindly asking for sponsors to assist us to take part in the event.”
Cooper said if Team NCD do not find sponsors, they would try their best to attend the championships because they had been training hard for the event.
The bodybuilding championships are sponsored by the Chimbu government.
