Thank you, Air Niugini

MY husband and I recently travelled home to the US from PNG on a round trip ticket that would have had us travelling out of PNG to the US and returning five weeks later,
However, my husband fell ill while home and we were forced to delay in our return to PNG by three months due to unexpected hospitalisation and surgery.
As a result, we were forced to change our travelling dates back to PNG on four occasions due to unforeseen medical complications.
On each occasion, Air Niugini graciously waived our change of date penalty with a note from the doctor.
I would like to convey our heartfelt gratitude to Air Niugini for understanding our plight.
We found Air Niugini to be very gracious by allowing us to change our dates of travel repeatedly, under very stressful circumstances, and without penalty.
We are most grateful for your help and will no doubt recommend your airline to others.
