Thank you media for coverage

ON behalf of the East Sepik people in the country and abroad, especially those could not attend the haus krai and burial of our late Grand chief Sir Michael Thomas Somare, I congratulate the media personnel for the job well done to broadcast live starting from the day our chief passed away.
We could not attend the haus krai but the live streaming connected us with our people in East Sepik and shared tears with them during two days of mourning and burial of our chief in Wewak.
Well done Post Courier and The National for providing daily updates during the time of mourning.
To all the media personnel involved in the disseminating of information during the haus krai and burial, thank you for the job well done.
