THE people of Wewak Open electorate should be proud that we have a committed and dedicated leader representing us in Parliament.
MP Jim Simatab has come down to grassroots level to listen to the cries of the people and is helping them in whatever he can.
We have suffered under the leadership of greedy people who only think for themselves.
Mr Simatab has shown that we have a leader who is caring, dedicated and honest who is there to serve the interests of his people.
As an islander, I thank him for buying a small vessel to help us transport our marine and agricultural produce to sell in town market.
This has alleviated our transport problem.
