Thanks, PX Tokua

Letters, Normal

WHEN I arrived in Kokopo last Tuesday, one of my bags did not arrive with the rest of my luggage.
I went to the Tokua Airport on Wednesday and Thursday hoping my luggage will turn up but to no avail.
However, the cargo officers in Tokua were very helpful.
One officer, Charlie Matthias, went out of his way to assist me.
He telephoned all the airports in the country to trace my bag.
Finally, it was eventually located at Nadzab Airport in Lae.
I listened as he spoke to the officer at Nadzab and then made arrangement to have my bag put on board  the last flight from Lae to Port Moresby.
He assured me that my luggage would arrive the next day from Port Moresby.
The next day, I received a call from Matthias to tell me that my bag was waiting for me at Tokua.
Thank you, Matthias and Tokua Air Niugini staff.
