PX must clean up Goroka office

I have been travelling in and out of Goroka frequently in the last two months and I have observed several things.
I rarely see the PX manager in town or in the terminal.
He hides in his office the whole time.
If you were to ask people who the manager is, they will point to the Manus guy in the sales office or a Western Highlander at the traffic counter.
The sales office needs a cleaner to keep it clean.
At the moment, it is filthy, messy and does not look inviting while the chairs should be replaced immediately.
We have two travel agents in town who can meet our travel enquiries and their working ethics are good.
Phone calls to the PX office is never answered and when you check in, you have to join a long queue because the staff seem to take forever to serve the people.
I call on Air Niugini to buck up.
