To be a person of integrity

ACCORDING to Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, “integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles, or moral uprightness. It is generally a personal choice to hold oneself to consistent moral and ethical standards”.
To be a person of integrity you have to start at home.
If you are wishy-washy at your home, you are that person at your workplace.
If you are very stubborn at your home, you are that person at your workplace.
If you are full of warmth, courage and discipline and setting phase to progress at home, you are that person at the workplace.
Therefore try and set the phase of your integrity at home. Do good and honest things firmly and consistently to your spouse and your children at home.
Only by doing that, will you be a man and woman of integrity at your workplace.
Never struggle to set phase for integrity at your workplace when your life at home is in chaos.
