Toni, redirect funds for schools

 LAE MP Loujaya Toni, as a fellow Morobean, I would like to know why K900,000 of taxpayers’ money was  put into a library, televisions and computer lab for prisoners? Those could be seen as luxuries that many people would struggle to have. Should that money not be used for our schools?  A student can be taught to be computer literate and will stay out of crime. Please redirect that funding elsewhere that would be greatly appreciated or use it to improve prison cellblocks.
