THE article on The National (page 4) yesterday is good news.
We need more positive stories like that of Sen Sgt Apollos Terry who rejected a K10,000 bribe from a crime suspect and instead added it to the list of criminal charges against him.
PNG folks are fed up with official corruption, which is dragging our country down.
It is good to see that there are a few good men left in uniform who are willing to do the right thing.
I nominate Senior Sgt Terry for the Queen’s Police Medal “for meritorious conduct and acting above and beyond the call of duty”.
