A BUSINESS delegation from the country arrived in Fiji last Friday to explore possible business opportunities.

Fiji’s High Commissioner to Papua New Guinea Romanu Tikotikoca told the Fiji Broadcasting Corporation (FBC) last week that the visit by the PNG entrepreneurs was a follow up on from Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama’s state visit to PNG and the Trade show by Fijian businesses in Port Moresby last month.

“Officials of a Papua New Guinea company that has been tasked with a very enormous contract, the officials will be coming over to Fiji today (Friday) with the intention of meeting up with the Prime Minister on Tuesday and the Ministers of the Fiji government. For that I will be coming across with them,” Tikotikoca said.

Officials from the PNG Government are also part of the group visiting Fiji.
