Tumbe confirm Digicel Cup squad, to meet in Hagen today

THE Waghi Tumbe released their 2018 squad for the Digicel Cup season with Wesley brothers Joda and Joseck, Sipa Koriki and former Mendi Muruks and Hela Wigmen Andrew Ipi as the franchise’s most notable names.
The side will be called the Giru Waghi Tumbe and chairman Frederick Koldop said the squad had been finalised following the successful Jiwaka Governors Cup tournament over the weekend.
Koldop said the squad and coaching staff would assemble today at Ugulbeng Oval in Mt Hagen at 3pm for a briefing and training session.
