TV Wan to broadcast Barras’ games

PEOPLE around the country will now be able to watch the Kumul Petroleum Papua New Guinea Barramundis take on Nepal and the United States through Digicel’s TV Wan.
The whole country is really getting behind the Barras as they prepare for their first World Cup and being able to watch the team will only increase the excitement.
Cricket PNG chief executive Greg Campbell said: “It is great that Digicel are on board for this event, which will bring expanded coverage to all of our fans across Papua New Guinea.”
The matches will be played at Al Amerat Cricket Ground in Oman, with the opening two games starting at 11am (local time) and the final two games to be played as day-night games from 4pm.
“Please check your local listings to ensure you don’t miss out on this opportunity to watch the Kumul Petroleum PNG Barramundis on television,” the sport’s national governing body said in a statement.
Fixtures: Mon, Sept 6 — US v PNG (5pm, PNG time); Tues, Sept 7 — Nepal v PNG (5pm); Thurs, Sept 9 — US v PNG (10pm); Fri, Sept 10 – Nepal v PNG (10pm).
