Undeclared seats should be failed

ALL election results or declaration made after return of writs on Aug 5 must be declared as failed elections.
The exact date of the return of writs was deferred to Aug 12, and then it was back to Aug 5.
By doing so, the Constitution was not respected.
It seems the Electoral Commission is a puppet being controlled by a circus master.
The delays and problems affecting the GE22 is the result of someone that did not spend quality time planning, have adequate funding and did not properly execute his plans.
No one will be blamed for the unprecedented foul-ups, it is the Government of the day who will provide answers – including the Electoral Commission who will take partial blame.
The only way anything can be justified, after everything that’s gone wrong, will be to fail the seats that were not declared by Aug 5.
Papua New Guinea has gone astray and it is time to restore the integrity of the Constitution.
The international community, donor agencies, foreign partners and other organisations are watching.
Where will PNG stand?
Are we not a democratic country?
Be honest, be truthful, admit wrongs and mistakes made and fail all seats not declared by Aug 5.
