Unhappy parent

This is happening in secondary schools in Morobe and especially to Bugandi Secondary School in Lae.
I have seen this same thing happening over and over again for some years now.
As a parent, I am very disappointed with what Bugandi is doing right now.
There are lots of failed students who have not done well in their exams in 2017, especially Grade 10s, who will be doing Grade 11 this year.
During my school days in Bugandi, it was one of the top schools in the country that produced leaders.
I, as a parent, have not been seeing this for a while now and am really confused.
Is it PNG’s new education rule that all students who fail their exams must be offered space in high schools and secondary schools?
I call to the Morobe provincial education board to come down and take a closer look at the school right now.
